  • Raw mango 1 no.
  • coconut 1/5 cup
  • green chili 2 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • coriander leaves 3tsp
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
  • mustard 1/4 tsp
  • urad dal 1/ 4 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 sprinkle


  • chop the raw mango, green chili, ginger, coconut
  • in a blender add all ingredients and grind it by adding limited water
  • heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves and transfer the the chutney. now raw mango chutney is ready to serve. serve with dosa
