Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and deep fry it in hot oil.
Mince the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a vessel,add onion,salt and saute until golden brown in colour.
Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilly and saute again for 2 minutes.
Add minced chicken,garam masala,3/4 tsp turmeric powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves and combine well and remove from the flame after 2-3 minutes.
Mix maida, 1 egg,salt as required with enough water to make a smooth batter.
Make small dosas out of it and add 2 tsp chicken filling and fold just like in the figure.
Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt.
Dip each chicken filled square shaped dosas in egg mixture,heat a non stick pan and fry the both sides.
Chicken pan square is ready to serve.
