For preparing the delicious cutlet, first grate the beetroot. Boil and cook the potatoes and remove the skin. Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard. Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
Stir beetroot in it.
Add cumin powder, garam masala and aumchur powder with required salt.
Mash potatoes and add to this .
Make small patties, dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in a tawa and serve.
