For Preparing Rasam:

Instructions
For Preparing Rasam:
First cook toor dal.
Add chopped tomato and tamarind to cooked dal and bring to boil.
To this add salt and rasam powder.
Temper with seasonings.
For Preparing Vadai:
Soak and grind urad dal and add required salt, chopped onion, curry leaves and cumin seeds.
Prepare vadas and deep fry in hot boiling oil.
Pour hot rasam over the crispy vadais and serve hot.
