Aloo Puri

Aloo puri is a spiced potato puri which could be done very easily. This is a excellent recipe for break fast, which most loved by kids. Here the potatoes are boiled and mashed up. this is mixed with the spices and wheat flour . This dough is flatted and deep fried. These hot puris can be taken without having any side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • aloo 1/4 kg
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric a pinch
  • chili powder 1/2 sp
  • chopped coriander few
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • oil for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add salt, turmeric, chili powder and coriander leafs
  • boil potatoes and mash it.
  • mix the mashed potatoes with the spices.
  • add wheat flour to this.
  • make a soft dough
  • take small portions flatten it like puris and deep fry in oil.
  • serve it with raitha.
