Fruit and nut milk shake is a very healthy and protein rich drink with the goodness of dry fruits like raisins,dates dry nuts like cashew,almond,pistachio fresh fruits like apple strawberry etc.kids and adults alike will love this mikshake.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Chilled milk
  • 6 Cashew nuts
  • 6 Almonds
  • 10 Raisin
  • 4 Dates
  • 2 Strawberry
  • 1 small Apple
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients
  • Soak dry nuts and dry fruits for 4 hours.
  • Blend all the ingredients together till smooth
  • Pour into a glass,garnish with strawberry and serve.
