Capsicum Mint Chutney

Chutneys have been the most essential dish for south Indian breakfast. Here is an interesting chutney to relish our taste buds. This chutney is rich in vitamin C and it is prepared very easily. The onions and capsicums are sauteed in oil and spiced up with chilies . awesome flavor of mint helps to strengthen the taste of this chutney which goes good with idli and dosas.

  • onion 1
  • capsicum 1
  • tomato 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon
  • mint leaves 1 handful
  • red chili 1
  • green chili 2
  • salt to taste
  • coconut grated 1 handful


  • slice one onion and capsicum
  • in oil saute onions and capsicums
  • add red chili and green chili along with this
  • add mint and ginger garlic paste
  • add tomato and salt
  • off the flame and add coconut and grind to chutney
