Cut the veggies and keep it ready.
Heat oil an a clay pot and splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds. Then add shallots and saute until light brown in color.
Add tomato, green chilly, raw mango, garlic, coriander leaves, curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required. Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
Add mackerel fish pieces and cook again for 10 minutes.
