Creamy Dates Milk Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Dates
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 5 g China grass
  • 1/2 Tin Condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Grind dates with 1/4 cup milk to get a fine paste. Keep a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour prepared dates mixture over it.
  • Boil remaining milk with condensed milk.
  • Melt china grass in 1/4 cup water.
  • When the milk starts boiling, pour the melted boiling china grass into it. Mix well and remove from the flame.
  • Add the previously prepared dates mixture into it.
  • Combine well.
  • Convert to a pudding bowl.
  • Creamy Dates Milk Pudding is ready now. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with chopped pista, almonds and dates.
