Pineapple Payasam

Pineapple payasam is different from normal payasams.Pine apple payasam is a South Indian payasam made with pineapple,coconut milk and sugar.Pine apple payasam is easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 2. cups Pineapple finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sago chouvari
  • 1/2 cup Sugar adjust according to ur choice
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 cup Second coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup First coconut milk
  • Yellow colour mix into 2 tsp of water
  • 1/2 tin Condensed milk
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook sago in 2 cups of water and keep it aside.
  • Cook pineapple in little water.Add sugar ,yellow colour and saute it for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked sago to the pineapple paste. Mix well.
  • Add coconut (second)milk ,salt and cardamom powder. Mix and boil .Stir continously.
  • When it starts to boil, add first milk and condensed milk. Mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Pineapple payasam is ready to serve. Enjoi.
