Ingredients
  

  • 2 Amla/Nellikka
  • 1 cup,grated Coconut
  • 3 Chilly
  • 3 Shallots
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • Curry leaves little
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seeds from the nellikka.Grind the coconut nicely with nellikka,shallots,garlic,green chilly,chilly powder,curry leaves and salt.
  • Nellikka chammanthi is ready to serve.
