Ingredients
  

  • papaya cubes 100 gms
  • chia seed 1 sp
  • lime juice 2 sp
  • honey 2 tsp
  • water as required

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl of little water put chia seed
  • after 5 minutes the seeds will swell as shown and keep it aside
  • grind papaya cubes
  • to this add lime juice to it and dilute with water
  • mix this juice with honey and stir well
  • pour the juice in a tall glass and add chia seeds to it and serve
