Beef varattiyadhu/beef roast is a Succulent beef cooked in aromatic spices before being fried with shallots,garlic,ginger to perfection.generally it is served with kappa,rice or with appam.
In a pressure cooker add the meat,chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt.cook for 4-5 whistles.open the lid,keep the flame high and allow to dry if there is water
Shallow fry it in oil
Heat oil in a pan and saute shallots in it for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and saute again another 5 more minutes.
