paneer cubes 1 cup
basmati rice cooked 2 cups
bay leaf 1
cinnamon 1
cloves 1
cardamom 1
ginger garlic crushed 1 sp
onion 1
tomato 1
mint leaf few
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 sp
cumin powder 1 sp
Instructions
saute the spice with ginger garlic
grind onion tomato and add to it with mint leafs.
add paneer to it.
add cooked basmati rice.
serve hot.
