Ingredients
  

  • paneer cubes 1 cup
  • basmati rice cooked 2 cups
  • bay leaf 1
  • cinnamon 1
  • cloves 1
  • cardamom 1
  • ginger garlic crushed 1 sp
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • mint leaf few
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • cumin powder 1 sp

Instructions
 

  • saute the spice with ginger garlic
  • grind onion tomato and add to it with mint leafs.
  • add paneer to it.
  • add cooked basmati rice.
  • serve hot.
