Soya Chunks Peas Biriyani
Its simple and easy biriyani which we pack for lunch box too. its kids special and peas and soya chucks kid favorite ans its tasty good. we added only limited spice and makes yummy flavor . this simple recipe for busy people healthy and tasty soya chunks peas biriyani.

2 cups Basamathi rice 1/2 cup Peas half boiled 1/2 cup Soya chunks soaked and strain from water 3 Green chili 1 inch Ginger and garlic 2 Onion 1/2 for grinding 1 Tomato 2 each Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom 2 tbsp Oil/Ghee 1 Bay leaf 1/2 cup Curd Salt as per taste 1/2 hand Mint and coriander
In blender ass cloves, cinnamon, cardamon 1, green chili and ginger and garlic grind coarsely
Now add onion and grind fine paste
In pan add oil and temper cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and saute chopped onion
Now added that grind paste and 1 tomato puree saute well
Now add curd and saute well and mint and coriander , salt mix well
Now add peas ans soya mix well and water 1:2 and bring to boil
when water boils add rice mix well and cook for 10 mins low flame and turn off
Now its ready to serve mix well and serve with onion raita . Soya chunks Peas biriyani ready
