this fluffy cake that's an impressive dessert for every occasion with this simply lovely lemon chiffon cake recipe.. its very tasty and simple steps to follow and make yummy cake. this we do two mix and combine in one again. its very spongy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 30 ml water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add egg yolk and beat well with 1/2 of sugar
  • Now add oil, water and essence and 1 tbsp of lemon juice blend well
  • Now add flour and baking powder lemon zest mix well and keep aside
  • Now in other bowl add egg white and lemon juice and blend and now add little sugar and blend well do till sugar gets over and beat well till peak form
  • Now mix both white meringue and yolk mixture gently
  • Now pour in greased pan and bake for 40 mins 180 degree
  • Now its ready to serve Lemon Chiffon Cake
