Paneer Methi Biriyani

Methi Paneer Biriyani is flavorsome and appealing in looks. Methi PaneerBiriyanis a nice variation to the good old pulao or rice. this is simple and easy to do. this very tasty recipe with a nice aroma. this have more calcium and iron in this both paneer and methi.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice
  • 1 cup paneer sliced
  • 1 hand Methi fresh
  • 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Grama masala
  • 1 tsp Red Chili
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Whole spice each - 1
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add paneer cube and red chili powder, garam masala and turmeric and salt mix well
  • Now add curd mix well and marinate for 15 mins
  • In pan add ghee/ oil and temper whole garam masala
  • Now add onion and saute well and add ginger garlic paste saute well
  • Now add methi leaves and saute well
  • Now add Paneer mix and mix gently
  • in mean time boil basamathi rice 3/4 cooked
  • Now spread cooked rice on top of masala close lid and cook for 10 mins in low flame and turn off
  • now its ready to serve Paneer Methi Biriyani
