Mango Coffee Cake

Mango coffee cake is an excellent dessert to have with tea in the evenings. It is so soft and spongy to taste. The coffee taste and mango taste blends together so perfect to rise this yummy Mango coffee cake. The butter is whisked with coffee powder and mango pulp and the dry powders are added to it and baked together to make this wonderful cake.

Ingredients
  

  • butter 100 gms
  • sugar 100 gms
  • mango pulp 1/4 cup
  • coffee powder dikasion 2 tbsp
  • dry fruits 4 sp
  • maida 100 gms
  • baking powder 1 sp
  • baking soda 1/2 sp

Instructions
 

  • add butter ,sugar coffee dikasion and whisk well
  • now add mongo pulp to it and mix well
  • seive all the dry flours together and add it to the mix
  • now mix nuts to it.
  • put in a baking tray and bake for 30 mins in 180 degree. or 45 mins in cooker
  • now the cake is ready to be served.
