Ingredients
  

For Dough:

  • Wheat 1 cup
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • for rolling
  • cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • capsicum 1 no.
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seed 1/4 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • prepare wheat dough from wheat, salt and water
  • heat oil in the pan and temper the cumin seeds and saute the onion.
  • add sliced capsicum and mix
  • add medium sized chopped cauliflower and mix it
  • add red chili powder, garm masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  • allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
  • take a small ball from dough and roll
  • cook the wheat roll in the tawa by applying oil both the side
  • keep the gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
  • now gobi wrap is ready to serve
