For Dough: Wheat 1 cup water as required salt to taste for rolling cauliflower 1/2 cup onion 1 no. capsicum 1 no. red chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste garam masala 1/2 tsp cumin seed 1/4 tsp oil 3 tsp
prepare wheat dough from wheat, salt and water
heat oil in the pan and temper the cumin seeds and saute the onion.
add sliced capsicum and mix
add medium sized chopped cauliflower and mix it
add red chili powder, garm masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
take a small ball from dough and roll
cook the wheat roll in the tawa by applying oil both the side
keep the gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
now gobi wrap is ready to serve
