Chop the onion, green chili and coriander leaves
soak the soya chunks in water for 20 mins and filter the water
make tomato as puree
heat the oil and ghee in the cooker and temper the bay leaf, aniseed, fennel seed, cinnamon and clove
saute the onion and green chili for 5 mins until the onion change the colour
add coriander leaves and mix it
add ginger garlic paste and mix it
add tomato puree and mix it and allow to cook for 2 mins
add red chili powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
add soya chunks and mix it
add soaked rice and mix it
allow to cook for 2 mins in medium flame
add 4 cup of water for 2 cup of rice and close the lid and allow for 1 whistle
now soya chunks tomatobath is ready to serve. serve with raitha
