Ingredients
  

For Dough:

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • for rolling
  • cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Aloo 2 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • capsicum 1 no.
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • slice the onion, capsicum, chop the aloo and gobi
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
  • add capsicum and mix it
  • add aloo and mix it
  • add cauliflower and mix well
  • add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well
  • allow to cook until the aloo and cauliflower get cooked
  • prepare dough from wheat flour, salt and water
  • take small ball from dough and roll it
  • cook the wheat roll in the tawa by applying oil both the side
  • stuff the aloo gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
  • now aloo gobi wrap is ready to serve
