Veg Roti
Vegetable roti is stuffed with almost all varieties of Vegan Ingredients. Vegetarians can go for it as a good alternative to Non-Veg Rotis.

- Wheat flour 1 cup
- carrot 1 no.
- beans 5 no.
- capsicum 1/2 no.
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- salt to taste
- water as rewuired
- oil 3 tsp
Finely Chop the carrot, beans and capsicum
in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric pwoder, carrot, beans, capsicum and water
make as soft dough
from dough take small ball roll it applying wheat flour
heat the tawa and cook the roti by applying oil both the side
now veg roti is ready, serve with any sabzi and raitha
