Veg Roti

Vegetable roti is stuffed with almost all varieties of Vegan Ingredients. Vegetarians can go for it as a good alternative to Non-Veg Rotis.

Ingredients
  

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • carrot 1 no.
  • beans 5 no.
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water as rewuired
  • oil 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Finely Chop the carrot, beans and capsicum
  • in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric pwoder, carrot, beans, capsicum and water
  • make as soft dough
  • from dough take small ball roll it applying wheat flour
  • heat the tawa and cook the roti by applying oil both the side
  • now veg roti is ready, serve with any sabzi and raitha
