Soya Chunks Balls

Soya chunks balls are easy to make, good for any time of the day. They are healthy, nutritious and delicious. This is also a great after school snacks for school going kids.

Ingredients
  

  • soya bean 1 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • besan flour 5 tsp
  • maida 2 tsp
  • corn flour 3 tsp
  • rice flour 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce 3 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • soak the soya chunks in water for 20 mins and filter the water
  • grind the soya chunks without adding water
  • in a bowl add grind soya chunks, chopped onion, green chili, besan flour, maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste
  • mix well
  • make a small balls
  • heat the oil and deep fry it
  • now crispy soya chunks balls is ready to serve, serve with sauce
