Fried Ginger Garlic Pathiri
Fried ginger garlic pathiri is a crispy tasty pathiri which you can give with any curry.

- 1 1/2 cups Rice flour or puttu podi
- 1/2 cup Flour maida
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Black seed
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 1/2 cup Water
Heat ghee in a vessel and saute onion in it for 1 minute
Add ginger garluc paste and saute it again for 2 minute
Add water,salt and black seed.bring it to boil.once it starts boiling add flour into it.mix it well with a spoon.turn off the flame
Make a soft dough out of it.the dough should be soft but should not be watery
Take some portion,make ball and flatten it
Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the both sides until light brown color
Fried ginger garlic pathiri is ready now.serve this with non-veg curry or with kuruma
