Fried Ginger Garlic Pathiri

Fried ginger garlic pathiri is a crispy tasty pathiri which you can give with any curry.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Rice flour or puttu podi
  • 1/2 cup Flour maida
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Black seed
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a vessel and saute onion in it for 1 minute
  • Add ginger garluc paste and saute it again for 2 minute
  • Add water,salt and black seed.bring it to boil.once it starts boiling add flour into it.mix it well with a spoon.turn off the flame
  • Make a soft dough out of it.the dough should be soft but should not be watery
  • Take some portion,make ball and flatten it
  • Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the both sides until light brown color
  • Fried ginger garlic pathiri is ready now.serve this with non-veg curry or with kuruma
