Gobi Paratha
Cauliflower paratha or gobi paratha is an Indian flat bread prepared with whole wheat flour and stuffed with a very delicious and spicy cauliflower stuffing. It goes well with a simple raitha or pickle or just curd.

Gobi Paratha For Dough Wheat 1 cup salt to taste water as required For stuffing Gobi 1 Cup Capsicum 1/2 no. red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp salt to taste oil 3 tsp
prepare dough from wheat, water and salt
finely chop the gobi and capsicum
heat oil in the pan and add capsicum and saute for 5 mins
add gobi and mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins
add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
allow to cook until the gobi get cooked
take a small ball from dough and roll it
stuff the gobi masala
cover the all the side
again roll it
heat the tawa and cook the stuff parata by applying oil both the side
now gobi paratha is ready
