Gobi Paratha

Cauliflower paratha or gobi paratha is an Indian flat bread prepared with whole wheat flour and stuffed with a very delicious and spicy cauliflower stuffing. It goes well with a simple raitha or pickle or just curd.

Ingredients
  

  • Gobi Paratha
  • For Dough
  • Wheat 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For stuffing
  • Gobi 1 Cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 no.
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • prepare dough from wheat, water and salt
  • finely chop the gobi and capsicum
  • heat oil in the pan and add capsicum and saute for 5 mins
  • add gobi and mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins
  • add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
  • allow to cook until the gobi get cooked
  • take a small ball from dough and roll it
  • stuff the gobi masala
  • cover the all the side
  • again roll it
  • heat the tawa and cook the stuff parata by applying oil both the side
  • now gobi paratha is ready
