Coconut Curry Leaves Chutney

Coconut Curry leaves chutney is one of the tasty and healthy chutney prepared as a side dish for idli, dosa etc. The flavour and aroma of this chutney is out of the world. Curry leaves has lots of health benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ coconut grated
  • ¼ cup roasted chana dal/bengal gram
  • ½” pc ginger/adrak grated
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • ¼ cup curry leaves/kadi patta
  • 2 tsp oil oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and rinse the curry leaves and dry them on a kitchen towel. Heat oil in a small pan. add the curry leaves and fry till they become crisp.
  • Grind the fried curry leaves with grated coconut, grated ginger, green chilies, roasted chana dal/dalia and salt.
  • Serve Coconut Curry Leaves Chutney with channa dal vada, idli, dosa, medu vada or uttapam.
