Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with turmeric, chilli powder , salt and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown and keep it aside.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger / garlic paste, green chilli, capsicum ,ginger and saute it well.
When it becomes soft, add soya , red chilli sauce and saute it again.
Add fried chicken pieces ,salt and coriander leaves, mix well.
Add corn flour to one cup of water and add to the chicken. When the gravy thickens, remove from the fire.
Indian Style Ginger Chicken is ready. Serve hot with chapathi or parathas.
