in a bowl add chicken, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and lemon and mix it
marinate for 15 mins
finely slice the onion and chop the tomato
in blender add green chili, garlic, ginger and one onion and make as a fine paste, which comes in green colour
heat the oil and fry the chicken
in the same oil fry the slice onion
in the same oil add green paste and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins until the masala get cooked
add tomato and curry leaves and mix it
add fried chicken and fried onion and mix well
now add black pepper, soya sauce if needed add salt and mix well
allow to for 5 mins in medium flame
now chicken chili roast is ready to serve, garnish with corainder leaves
