Curry and coriander leaves
as per taste
Mustard and channa dal
In pan heat oil and temper mustard and channa dal and add onion and saute well
Now add onion, green chili and saute well Now add soaked moong dal and saute well Now add salt and water(2: 1 ) and curry leaves and coriander
When water boils add samai and cook well
Now allow to cool for 5 mins
prepare that mixture small balls and steam for 5-7 mins
Samai Kozhukkattai is ready to serve
