Ingredients
  

  • Moong dal 1 cup
  • raw mango 1/2 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • grated coconut 4 tsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • lemon 1/2 no

Instructions
 

  • boil the moong dal in pressure cooker by adding salt and allow for 3 whistle
  • chop the onion, raw mango, tomato and green chili
  • in a bowl add boiled moong dal, onion, tomato, green chili and raw mango and mix it
  • add salt, pepper and sqeeze the lemon and mix it
  • add grated coconut and mix well
  • garnish with coriander leaves, now moong dal salad is ready to serve
