in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, water and carom seed
make a dough
heat the ghee in the pan and saute the finely chopped ginger and garlic
add onion and saute it for 3 mins until it turn into golden brown
add salt and pepper and mix well
add cubed paneer and mix well
add coriander leaves, mix it and turn off the flame
from a dough take small ball and roll it
take knife and divide into two
take that half portion and roll it like cone
stuff the paneer masala and cover it
in a oven tray greeze the oil
apply the oil for samosa
keep the samosa in a tray and bake for 30 mins
now baked paneer samosa is ready to serve
