Ingredients
  

  • For Dough
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • carom seed 2 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
  • water as required
  • For stuffing
  • onion 1 no.
  • garlic 4 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • ghee 4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 2 tsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, water and carom seed
  • make a dough
  • heat the ghee in the pan and saute the finely chopped ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it for 3 mins until it turn into golden brown
  • add salt and pepper and mix well
  • add cubed paneer and mix well
  • add coriander leaves, mix it and turn off the flame
  • from a dough take small ball and roll it
  • take knife and divide into two
  • take that half portion and roll it like cone
  • stuff the paneer masala and cover it
  • in a oven tray greeze the oil
  • apply the oil for samosa
  • keep the samosa in a tray and bake for 30 mins
  • now baked paneer samosa is ready to serve
