Garam masala

Besan flour or gram flour
Instructions
Chop the ladies finger lengthwise into small pieces. Heat oil and add jeera and fennel seeds.
Add onions and stir well.
Stir in lady's finger and saute untill the sticky thing goes off.
Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and besan flour.
Cook in slow flame until the spice coats well and turns crisp.
Serve the dish hot.
