First cut the brinjal in thick round shapes.
Add ginger garlic paste to pepper and make a fine paste.
In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, besan flour, rice flour, maida, corn flour, red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
Add water and make a thick batter.
Add brinjal and mix it.
Add sliced onion, curry leaves and mix well
Heat oil in a pan and fry the brinjal slices until it gets golden brown and crispy.
Now the delicious bajji is ready to serve.
