Liver Egg Pepper Curry

Liver egg pepper curry is a very tasty dish especialy for kids. This is very easy to prepare and made with freshly ground pepper . This is more or like a side dish or can be treated like a gravy. This goes well with rice and rotis. boil few eggs and add it to the curry to give a additional rich taste.

Ingredients
  

  • mutton liver 1 bowl
  • boiled eggs 3
  • onions 1 cup
  • tomato 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 sp
  • coriander powder 1/2 sp
  • 6 tbsp pepper 5
  • curry leaves a hand full
  • mustard seed 1 sp

Instructions
 

  • heat oil saute mustard, onions, curry leaves
  • add ginger garlic paste, tomato,salt
  • add pepper red chilli powder and coriander powder
  • add liver cubes saute and cook with water
  • when cooked, add eggs simmer for 5 minutes and serve
