Ingredients
  

  • Rajma 1 cup
  • aloo 2 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • curry masala powder 2 tsp
  • grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • roasted gram 2 tsp
  • fennel seed 1 tsp
  • oil 4 tsp
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard and broken urad dal and add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix it
  • add chopped aloo and mix well
  • add chopped tomato and mix it.
  • make a paste of grated coconut, roasted gram and fennel seed
  • add salt, turmeric powder and curry masala and mix it
  • add boiled rajma and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
  • add coconut paste and 4 glass of water and allow to until it becomes gravy consistency
  • now rajma aloo curry is ready to serve
