heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, and broken urad dal
add curry leaves, small onion and garlic and saute it for 3 mins
add tamarind water and mix well
make a fine paste with grated coconut, small onion, tomato, cumin seed, sambar powder, salt and turmeric powder and add to the gravy, and allow to cook for 10 min in medium flame
now instant and quick garlic gravy is ready to serve
