Ingredients
  

  • egg 2 no.
  • carrot 1 no.
  • beans 5 no.
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, capsicum, carrot, and beans
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion for 3 no.
  • add capsicum, carrot, and beans and mix it
  • add salt and red chili powder and saute it for 5 mins.
  • in a bowl add egg and pepper and beat well
  • add now the cooked vegetables with egg and mix it
  • heat the tawa and pour the egg and apply oil and cook
  • turn the side and again apply oil and cook it
  • now veg omelette is ready to serve
