Make soft dough with wheat flour with little salt and required water
In pan add oil and add jeera temper and sauté onion well
Now add Grated broccoli and sauté well
Now add garam masala , red chili and salt mix well cook for 2 mins and turn off
Now allow to cool and Divide equal portion
Now roll dough in small size and stuff with Broccoli stuffing
Close and roll again thick paratha
Now heat tawa and place paratha cook both side and apply oil/ ghee and remove from tawa. Do same process with others.
Broccoli paratha is ready to serve with curd topped by chat masala and redchili powder and pinch of salt.
