Masala Poori
This is simple and easy recipe. This has unique taste. In this we added mint and coriander and green chili, so the aroma was too good. This has simple steps to do.

1 cup Wheat flour ¼ cup Mint ¼ cup Coriander 2 Green chili ¼ tsp Jeera ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste Salt as per taste Oil for frying
In mixer jar add mint and coriander and green chili and grind coarsely
Now in bowl add jeera, salt mix well
Now add Grind paste and little water as need for making dough
Now dough ready for making masala poori. Rest for 10 minutes
Now flat small thin dough in roll pin
Now heat oil and deep fry the masala poori
Now the Masala poori is ready to serve.
