Arachuvitta Sundal Kuzhambhu

this is simple and aromatic recipe. this is good and super recipe. this sundal kuzhambhu we fry all spice aromatic in raw and grind with coconut and make spice powder and with brinjal curry .

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Channa boiled
  • 2 chopped Brinjal
  • 15 chopped Shallots
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 tbsp Coriander seed
  • 5 Red chili
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seed
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind water
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Asafeotida
  • 2 tbsp Gingelly oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard and fenugreek

Instructions
 

  • In pan add 1 tsp oil and roast urad dal, coriander seed, red chili, pepper, jeera, poppy seed for this arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu
  • arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu , we add coconut in that roasted masala and allow to cool
  • Now grind that arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu masala with coarsely and add few shallots and tomato
  • Now in pan add oil and temper jeera and mustard and fenugreek and jeera with curry leaves
  • Now ad chopped shallots ands brinjal and saute well and add turmeic and salt
  • Now add arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu grind masala and saute well raw smell goes
  • Now add boiled sundal and mix well
  • Now add tamarind water and mix well bring to boil arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu. if you needed add little more water and bring to boil and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu . we can serve with rice, idly , dosa and even for roties too
