  • milk 1/2 cup
  • sugar 3 tsp
  • honey 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • peel the skin and seed of mango and take the flesh and add it in the mixi jar and add sugar, milk and honey
  • blend it well in the mixi in the thick or creamy consistency
  • now mango smoothie is ready
