Cucumber Masala Poha
this is very healthy and good diet recipe. rich in more fiber and and simple and easy to do. this poha we can do in many variety this is one simple method.

1 1/2 cup Aval poha 1 chopped Cucumber 1 chopped Onion 1 chopped Tomato 1/2 tsp Ginger 2 Green chili Salt as per taste mint and coriander leave little 2 tsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard and channa dal
In a pan add oil and temper mustard and channa dal and add ginger and saute well
Soak aval in water and leave for 10 minutes and squeeze out water
Now add onion and green chili. saute well
Now add tomato and saute well and salt and mint and coriander leaves
Add cucumber and saute well
Now add poha( aval) mix well and keep in low flame and cook for 5 minutes.
Now its ready to serve Cucumber Masala Poha
