Spring Onion Pulao

this is simple and easy recipe. this is good in aroma and healthy too. this we can serve in party time too. this is good looking and a quick recipe. spring onion is good in all time for lunch and dinner time

  • 1 1/2 Basmathi rice
  • 2 bunch Spring Onion chop green separate onion
  • 6 pods Garlic
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil/ ghee


  • In pan add oil and temper jeera and add garlic and in mean time soak rice for 10 mins
  • Now add chopped onion and saute well
  • Now add green chili and saute well
  • Now add rice and mix well. stir excess water drain
  • Now add garam masala powder mix well and salt
  • Now add water 1 : 1.5 bring to boil and close lid till rice cook well
  • Now add chopped green spring onion mix well and close lid for 2 mins and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Spring onion Pulao
