this is a healthy soup ,rich in iron and protein and that can be relished by people of all age groups.this is a simple recepi which can be prepared within mins and it holds a flavourful taste.

Ingredients
  

  • drumstick 2 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • carrots chopped 1/2 cup
  • onions 1/2 cup
  • giner garlic crushed 1 sp
  • salt
  • pepper 1sp
  • corn flour 2 sp

Instructions
 

  • boil drumsticks and tomato in water
  • separate the pulp of drumstick and tomato and grind it.
  • heat pan saute ginger garlic and onions
  • to it add carrots
  • add ground paste,water along with salt pepper
  • when the veg is cooked add diluted corn flour simmer it few mins and serve
