Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard when it splutters add fenu greek seeds,red chili,pepper corns saute for a minute.
Add garlic pods to this and saute for a minute.
Add small onions and curry leaves to this and saute for a minute.
Add coriander powder and chili powder, saute for a minute.
Add tamarind juice and turmeric powder. saute for a minute.
Add water and cook for 2 minutes until water becomes thick.
Now tasty yummy onion karakulambu is ready to serve.
