Wheat Nattu Sakara Cake
this is very healthy and best for sugar patints. its no sugar only jaggerry and no all purpose flour. its good in taste and nice colour texture .

- 1 cup Wheat
- 1/2 cup nattu sakara powder Jaggerry
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tap Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
Sieve wheat and baking flour and soda mix well
In bowl add melt butter and egg beat well and add powder jaggerry mix well
Now add milk and Mix well
Now add Vinegar and mix well
Now transfer liquid batter flour mixture
Now mix gently and transfer to greased pan
Now bake in pre heat oven for 10 mins and bake 35 mins 180 degree and allow to cool
Now transfer to plate Now its ready to serve
