  • carrot 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • cucumber 1/2 cup
  • onion 1/2 no.
  • tomato 1/2 no.
  • coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp


  • chop the carrot, cucumber and capsicum
  • chop the onion and tomato
  • in a bowl add all vegetable, salt and pepper and mix it
  • now veg salad is ready to serve
