Chicken(minced)
Cooked in water with 1/2 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt.

Rice flour
Instructions
Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion and green chilly for 10 minutes.
Add masalas and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
Add minced chicken and sauté again for 5 minutes.
Knead the rice flour with salt and water as required.
Take a large ball from the kneaded dough and press it on a banana leaf.
Spoon in the masala on top of the pressed dough and Fold it in half and press the sides
Cover it with banana leaf and steam cook it for 20-30 minutes.
Serve it with tea.
