Tuna Shami Kebab

Its a snack that is very easy to make and very tasty too

Ingredients
  

  • Tuna fish 500 gm
  • onion 1
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • daal 1 cup
  • egg 1
  • green chilly 4
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • oil as needed
  • baking powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take dal in a bowl
  • Soak dal in water for 5 minutes
  • Drain off water from daal
  • Clean tuna fish and add in pressure cooker
  • Add turmeric powder, baking powder(this will helps to reduce smell of fish ) and salt to it
  • Add water and cook it for two whistles.
  • Then drain off the excess water
  • Then take the flesh from fish and make it to fine pieces.
  • Then take the dal in a blender and grind it
  • When its slightly grinded add egg to it
  • Grind it well.
  • Then add this grinded mixture to the fish
  • add onion,green chilly and ginger to it
  • Add coriander leaves to it
  • Then add the coriander powder and salt to it
  • Mix it well
  • Then make it flatten shape by keeping in between your hands.
  • Take an egg in a bowl
  • add milk to it
  • Stir well
  • dip the kebab to the milk mix
  • Heat a pan and add oil to it ,when its hot place the kebab to it.
  • Fry it well
  • When the both sides becomes brown
  • Transfer it to a casserole.
  • Serve hot
  • Wipe off excess oil.
