Take dal in a bowl
Soak dal in water for 5 minutes
Drain off water from daal
Clean tuna fish and add in pressure cooker
Add turmeric powder, baking powder(this will helps to reduce smell of fish ) and salt to it
Add water and cook it for two whistles.
Then drain off the excess water
Then take the flesh from fish and make it to fine pieces.
Then take the dal in a blender and grind it
When its slightly grinded add egg to it
Grind it well.
Then add this grinded mixture to the fish
add onion,green chilly and ginger to it
Add coriander leaves to it
Then add the coriander powder and salt to it
Mix it well
Then make it flatten shape by keeping in between your hands.
Take an egg in a bowl
add milk to it
Stir well
dip the kebab to the milk mix
Heat a pan and add oil to it ,when its hot place the kebab to it.
Fry it well
When the both sides becomes brown
Transfer it to a casserole.
Serve hot
Wipe off excess oil.
