Ragi Carrot Onion Uttappam

Onion
Oil for greasing
Instructions
Now soak ragi flour with salt and little water
Now mix with idly batter and rest for 5 minutes
Now its mixed and have formed batter consistency
Now heat the tawa and make uttappam and sprinkle onion, carrot and grease oil
Now turn other side and grease oil and cook till ragi cooks
Now its ready to serve Ragi Carrot Onion Uttappam
